At MB Star Parts, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for non-electronic items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
1.2 Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item and may exclude shipping fees.
1.3 Items returned due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost.

2. No Exchange or Refund on Electronic Items

2.1 All electronic items are sold as is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless proven to be faulty upon delivery.
2.2 Any claims for faulty electronics must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and must include photographic or video evidence.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Returned items must be in resalable condition, with no signs of use or damage.
3.2 Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Process for Returns

4.1 Contact us at sales@mbstarparts.co.za to initiate a return request.
4.2 Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
4.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Non-Refundable Items

5.1 Electronic items (unless faulty on delivery).
5.2 Shipping fees and any handling charges.
